Joseph Stephenson< no role > of the Parish of St: James within
the liberty of Westmr: in the County of Middx Linnen Draper
Maketh Oath, that he hath not in his owne name, And
that no person in brust for him hath ten pounds by the
year of Freehold or Coppyhold Lands or tenements, Or
of lands or tenements of Ancient Demesn, or in Rents
in the said County of Middx: in Fee Simple, Fee Tail,
or for the life of him this Depont: Or the life of [..]
any Other person An this Depont: further Saith [..]
on his Oath that he hath not any Leasehold Estate in
possion or Lands in the said County of Middx: in his
owne right for the absolute terme of Five hundred
years, Or for Ninety Nine years, Or any other term
determinable on One or more life or lives of the
yearly Value of twenty pounds over and above the
reserved rent payable thereout and this Deponent
further Saith that he is not possess'd off, or in any wise
entituled unto any lease hold estate within the said
County of Middx the improved rent whereof amounts
to the yearly Value of Fifty pounds over and above
the ground rent or other reservations payable by
Virtue of such Lease.
