Clerk of ye peace of ys. City & liberty hathlawfullyregularly issued
the Estreatsto ye Sayth Bailiffeof the fines Sett by this Court on, persons,
for defective pavements prsented to ye H: Bailiffe of ye. City & Liberty to [..] ye same but whether he has lawfull authority so to do this Court doubts by reason thatby
the sd. Statute directs that all Estreats made by vertue
thereof shall be made by Clerks of the peace of
Countys witht: nameing Clerks of the peace ofthe
Citys or Libertys
