Blackerby James. Steuart S Savell W. Young A. Choke J. Meard
E. Galloway T. Cotton & T. Rea Esqrs. Justices of ye peace for that
City & liberty lately appointed by this Court a Comittee to enquire
examine & consider of ye difficulties & obstruceons that the
Justices of ye peace of this City & Liberty find & meet with in
putting in execution the late Act of Parliamt. Intituled
an act for better paveing & cleansing the streets in ye
City & liberty of Westmr. Etc have though fitt to
approve off & confirme the same & have come to the
following resolutions thereupon Vizt

Resolved that it is the opinion of this Court
that altho' ye Justices of ye peace of ye. City & liberty have
endeavoured to execute ye anthonys given to ym. by ye sd. Statute
[..] in Appointing Surveyor of ye Sheets in their Seveall
Pishes wthin ye City & liberty & have reced from them their
prsentmt. & have certified ye Same as ye acts directs to this Courtwho which
[..] & altho' ye Court hath set fines an ye person so
