To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace held for the City & Liberty of Westmr,
aforesaid.

Memorandum. That on the 22d Day of February
last, Ann Carr< no role > was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & City & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Mary Alden< no role > for profanely Swearing and Cursing
ten times on the. Sd 22d Day of February
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Mary
Alden aforesaid, and for non Payment of ye
penalty & in default [..] was publickly
set in ye Stocks by the space of two whole
hours
pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this 20th Day of April Annoq; Dom. 17 20
