Eleaventh day of February last where by Also under Hall of the Pish of St.
Giles in the fields in the County of Midd Coachmaker & Henry Cooper< no role > of the
Pish of Dunstan in the West London Apothecary whowere found in Twenty
pounds a peace, Upon Condicon That one John [..] mons should Psonally appear
at the [..] foresaid Genall Quarter Sessions of peace and answer to what should
be obtained agt. him by Richard Townesend< no role > Constable for assaulting and
beating him in the Ex [..] of his office & to keep his maties. Peace towards
him And that the said John Symons< no role > did not appeare acordingly but made
Default where upon the sd. Recognizance was [..] Est [..] ated into his maties.
Exchequer And these are further to Certify That at the aforesd geneall Quarter
Sessions of peaceheld as aforesd. a certaina Bill of Indictmt. was [..] found agt.
the sd. John Symons< no role > for that he wth. John Nicholls< no role > & di [..] other Psons unknown
to the number of Twenty Psons made a riot & assault upon the aforesd. Richard
