Defecerit in Conditione Sequent.

The Condition of the Recognizance is such. That whereas he above
names Giles [..] is licensed to keep Common Ale-
house or Filling-house, at the Parish [..] Church
in the Liberties aforesaid where he how dwelleth and not elsewhere until
the 25th. day of February next coming, and no longer. If therefore the said
Giles shall at all times hereafter, during the con-
tinuance of his Licence keep and maintain good order and rule within his
house, and shall keep one or more sufficient Bed or Lodging for Wayfaring men
or Passenger; and shall not persuit or suffer and Inhabitant or other person to
remain or continue drinking or tipling It his said House, contrary to Law Nor
suffer any person to fell or utter any [..] Ale, or Victual, by deputation or
colour of his said License: Nor harbour any Rogue, Vagabonds, Masterless
men or other notorious Offenders, in his said House, of in any Out house, or other
place thereunto belonging: Nor lodge a suffer any person to stay or abide in his
said House above me day and off night but shall thereof of the next day follow-
ing deliver the true Name and Surname of such persons to one of the Constables
or Headborough of the Parish aforesaid unless such as he well knoweth, and will
answer for his, he or their forth coming. Nor shall buy or take to pawn any
goods of, way faring men, or other suspected persons: Nor suffer any unlawful
Game or Games to be used in his said House: Then this Recognizance shall be
void and of none effect, or else shall stand, remain, and be in full force and
vertue.
