Subscriptions were recommended by the President
towards defraying the great Expences of this
Hospital.

Anthony Wingfield< no role >
liberated.


The Treasurer reported that inpursuance of
the Reference to him made by the Annual General Court
respecting the Liberation of Anthony Wingfield< no role > the
late Receiver he had proposed to the Creditors of
the said Anthony Wingfield< no role > to make a
destribution of the Property assigned over by him
to the Hospital amongst the Hospital and his said
Creditors which proposal had been accepted and
such distribution made and that in Consequence
thereof the said Anthony Wing field had been
liberated from his Confinement.

The President then acquainted the Court that
the immediate Occasion of calling the same was to
chase a Physician in the Room of Dr. Henry Ainslie< no role >
who had resigned.

Dr. Wm. Chas. Wells< no role >
chosen Physician
in the room of Dr.
Ainslie.

Whereupon the Court proceeded to the Choice
of a Physician in the Room of Dr: Ainslie and the
Petition of Dr. William Charles Wells< no role > was read
praying to be elected, who being the only Candidate
was unanimously chosen Physician to this Hospital
during the pleasure of this Court and he was
called in and acquainted with his Election.

The Office of Assistant Physician being vacant
by teh above Choice

Ordered

Gentl. Court appointed
to elect an assistant
Physician.

That a General Court of this Hospital be
