Bond of Mr. Chapman
and his sureties laid
before the Court

The Clerk laid before the Court the Bond of
Mr. Chapman and his Sureties Job Mathew< no role > and
Francis Easterby< no role > Esq. .. executed by them pursuant to
the Resolution of the General Court of the 18th.
June last which Bond was read

Ordered

To be deposited with
the President


That the same be deposited with the President
who is requested to take the care thereof and the same
was delivered to him accordingly.

Resolved

Sureties of Treasurer
may with draw
on giving notice.

That any of the present or future Sureties for
the present or any future Treasurer of this Hospital
and also the Executors or Administrators of such
sureties be at liberty whensoever they shall think proper
to withdraw themselves from such Security giving six
Months previous Notice thereof to the President for the
time being of this Hospital who shall within One
Month submit the name of the new surety to
be provided by the Treasurer to a General Court
of this Hospital.

Resolved

Securities given by
the Receiver and other
Officers referred to the
Grand Committee.

That the Consideration of the nature of the
Securities given and to be given by the Receiver and
other Officers except the Treasurer be referred to the
Grand Committee.

Additional auditors
chosen for 1800.
