The President acquainted the Court that the Occasion
of calling the same was to take into Consideration a Proposat
made by the Representatives of the late Mr.-

for terminating the Question between
the Hospital and them respecting such Security. He acquainted
the Court that pursuant to the order of the last General Court a Case
had been Stated by the clerk for the Opinion of Mr. Gibbs an
Emint. Counsel which opinion was read and likewise several
Letters which had Passed between the Solicitors for Mr. Smith's
Representatiors and the clerk upon the above Subject in the
last whereof they Propose that Mr. Smith's Representatives shall
Present to the Hospital £500 on having the Bond given up
and every question respecting the same waised.

Accepted. Bond to
be cancelled in
payment of £500.
That the above proposal be accepted and that the
Bond be cancelled and delivered up to Mr: Smith's Representatives
upon Payment to the Treasurer
of the £500.-
