to lay out £1500 in new buildings within
the first seven years of the term.

Likewise to grant him a Lease of the
field behind the former Premises now on
Lease to Wm. Adnett< no role > for a term of 31 Years
from the expiration of that Lease at the
clear yearly rent of £31..10 but if it shall
appear the Hospital are restrained from
granting a larger Term than 21 Years then the
lease to be only for that Term

To Thos. Hancock


Thomas Hancock< no role > a Lease of Fulborn
Farm in Cambridgeshire now on Lease to
him from Michlas next when the present
Lease expires for the term of 21 Years at the
clear yearly rent of £96. with usual
Covenants

To Wm. Wibb.


To William Webb< no role > Teversham Farm
now on Lease to Messrs. Hancock & Battyl
for a term of Twenty one Years from
Michlas 1780 when the present Lease expires
at the clear yearly rent of £70 with
usual covenants the Hospital to put the
Premises into proper repair
We have agreed

To Richd. Loder


To accept a Surrender from Josh.
Godfrey
< no role > of the Lease of the Farm he holds
at Wilton in Berks at £110 P annum and
to grant a Lease to Mr. Richd. Loder< no role > of
Sutton in Berks Bargemaster for 21 Years
from Michalmas last at £100 P.Ann
Land tax to be allowed.

Hale


That a Bill charged to Mr. Jno. Hale< no role >
by the City for boarding in and pulling down
