separate leases ordered to be granted them
accordingly And in pursuance of such last
mentioned Order separate Leases were made
out and granted of the whole of the said Premes
to the said George Wyatt< no role > and Edward Gray< no role >
or to their Assignees or Nominees except one
House with the Appurtenances Part thereof
which was by them let or Agreed to be let
to one John Horrobin< no role > who having incumbred
the same and afterwards becoming a Bankrupt
no information could be got to whom the
legal right to the same premises belonged
so as to grant a proper Lease which was the
only reason why the same was not done at the
time the other Leases were granted And that
some time afterwards application was made
by Mr. Herne of Pater Noster Row Attorney at
Law on behalf of Sarah Box< no role > Widow and
Executrix of John Box< no role > deceased and who
represented that her late Husband had lent
and advanced a sum of money upon that
part of the premises so contracted or agreed
to be let by the said Wyatt and Gray to the said John
Horrobin as aforesaid to have the Lease granted
to her of those Premises but the Clerk of the
said Hospital informed the said Mr.
Herne that by reason of such orders and
resolutions of the Court of Common
Counsel and the Lord Mayor and Court of
Aldermen of the 4th. and 17th. days of March
1778 he could not procure the seal to such
lease and consequently he must wait until
