We trust that there will be Room for more Improvements
Twenty Years hence Our Tenants have already expended
considerable sums of Money in rebuilding & repairing their
Houses Barns Etc. And it is with great pleasure We
observed that a Spirit of Induston was got amongst them

December 1st. 1778.

We have Ordered Green Staves to the following
Gentlemen as Proper Persons to be Governors to this
Hospital.
