And the election of another Vicar was
appointed for the 19th.. day of January last And
the same coming on accordingly on that day The
Reverend James Harper< no role > Clerk was elected thereto
whereupon the said James Harper was ordered
to be presented to the said Lord Bishop of
London to desire his Lordship would Collate him
the said James Harper into the said living the
Presentation thereto having lapsed to his
Lordship for that Turn only by reason of the
said Derbyshire Myers not having been able
to obtain Institution to the said living within six
months from the death of the last incumbent for
want of the Hospital's Seal being affixed to
such Presentation as aforesaid Which his
Lordship was pleased to comply with for
the reasons before mentioned and at the
request of the Right Honorable Thomas
Harley

That at a Committee holden for the
said Hospital on the 9th.. day of October 1767
upon the proposal an application of George
Wyatt
< no role > Carpenter and Edward Gray< no role >
Bricklayer It was ordered that a Lease
should be granted to them of a piece of
Meadow Ground at Kings land in the
County of Middlesex containing two Acres
and one quarter or thereabouts To hold
for the term of sixty one years from Christmas
