The Court Proceeded to the Choice of a Physician
in the Place of the said Dr. Huck

And the Petitions of Dr James Harvey< no role > and
Dr Henry Revell Reynolds< no role > were severally read praying
to be Elected one of the Physicians to this Hospital.

After which Dr. Harvey acquainted the Court that
He desired to withdran His Petition being unwilling to
trouble the Court with Balletting for Him at this Time
in hopes of their favour on a future occasion and his Petiti [..]
was withdrawn accordingly.

And then the said Dr Henry Revell Reynolds
being the only Petitioner was Unanimously Chosen to
the said Place to Hold the same with the usual Salary
thereto belonging during the Pleasure of this Court

And He was called in and Acquainted
with his Election
