To Joseph Norfolk< no role > a Lease of a House in
St Thomas's Street late in the Occupation of Mosses Pinton
for a Term of 21 Years from Midsr. 1775 at the Clear
Yearly rent of £16. the Tenant to keep the Primies in
good repair during the whole Term
