We have Granted Leases to the following
Prisons Vizt

Joseph Morton< no role > having applied for a Lease
of the Demesnes of the Manour of Denham Durdant called
the Savoy Farm now on Lease to him at £55 Pr. Annr char
rent and a Fine of £1,350 which will expire at Mickmas
1775.We agreed to grant him a Lease from that
time at £340. Pr. Ann clear rent the Hospital to lay
out and Expired the Sum of £400. in repairs the Tenant
to have the Liberty of setting up a Lime Kiln in Lime
Kiln close and making Bricks on two Acres of Land in the
said closeAnd of [..] rubbing up of 40 Acres of Wood
provided the same be done after the next fall reserving
the Timber thereon for the Hospital

of Thirteen Years and an half to the 31 Years granted him by
his late Lease in Consideration of his having already expen
ded £2,000 more than He was oblig'd to do by his first
Lease and of what money He will further expend in new
Building.

the Premisses do consent thereto
