The Court then proceeded to the Election by
Ballot for the said Mr. Evans & Mr. Green and an casting up
the Ballott it appeared that the Numbers were for the Revd
Mr Green 183 and for Revd. Mr Evans 63

Elected Hospitaler

Whereupon the said Revd Mr Green was declared
duly Elected Hospitaler to this Hospital to hold the same
During the pleasure of this Court

And He was called in and acquainted with his Election
