1773 the Hospital to allow £20. for repairs to be deducted out

Esqr . the Quitt rents payable for the Bill & Bear Inn on Lease
to him Amounting toPr. Annum he not knowing
when he took the Lease that the premisses were chargeable
with Qurt rents

We have Ordered some Old Arrears of Rent
Amounting to the Sum of £135..6..1½ which are adjudged
desperate to the struck off from the Hospital Account and to
be carried into the Account of Desperate Debts

We have ordered thar Mr. Rhudde the Minister
of St Thomas's Church be for the future allowed £20.Pr. Ann as
an addition to his Salary.
