We have Agreed

Benjn Pike


That Benjamin Pike< no role > have an abatement
of £3 P Ann out of his rent of £24 in Consideration of
the Warehouse behind his House haveing been Lett to Mr
Roberts and that such abatement commence from Laday
1774 when Mr Roberts's Lease commenced

We have Agreed

Jas Drummond


To remitt to James Drummond< no role > his
first half Years rent from Midsumr to Chrsmas 1774
And that the Land and other Taxes amounting to
£14..19..6 which became due before Chrsmas 1774
be allowed him out of his first Years rent

Fra Bradley


A Petition of Francis Bradley< no role > Carpen
ter disiring the permission of the Hospital to give up to
Philip Cox< no role > Esqr . 3 feet of Ground taken from the lower
part of a House in the new Way in the Occupation of
John McPharley< no role > to be added to the Present Passage
Leading from St Thomass into Tooley Street and to
the Parts adjacent as an Accomodation to the Public at
Large but more particularly to the Inahabitants resid
ent in that Neighbourhood the said 3 feet of Ground
being part. of the Premes granted in the Hospital
Lease to Mr Bradley

We have therefore agreed

That the said Francis Bradley have
Leave to lay the said 3 feet of Ground into the Passage
agreable to the Prayer of the said Petition

We Appointed William Bowden< no role > Esqr Treasr .
Nathaniel Pothill< no role > & John Belchier< no role > Esqrs . to attend the
Committee for Building of Newgate or any Deputation
from them to Treat & finally to Agree for the sale of the
Hospital Estate in the Old Baily called Harp Row
