Rent of £30 a fine of £100 And £1350 to be laid out by him
in Repairs; And a Building Lease of the houses on the East
side for a Term of 51 years from Lady day last at the clear yearly
Rent of £10 And to lay out £1000 at the lease in New Building

of Lester Coffee house and Fitting up the same for the Residence
of Mr. Rhudde

We have ordered that the £3000. Bank reduced Annuities
£15000. Bank Consolidated Annuities £5450. Old South Sea Annuities
And £3000 South Sea New Annuities Standing in the Names of
Sir Joseph Hankey< no role > Knight and Mr. Treasurer be Transferred
in the Names of William Nash< no role > Esqr . President and William
Bowden
