Treasurer to take the Chair which He accordingly did.

The Minutes of the last General Court: held the 28th. Septr:
1768. were read and Confirmed.

The Clerk acquainted this Court. That since the last
General Court there had been received the following Legacy from one
of the Governors of this Hospital Vizt:

Subscriptions were recommended by Mr: Treasurer towards
defraying the great charge and Expence of this Hospital.

Mr: Treasurer acquainted the Court That the immediate
Occasion of calling the same was to cheese a Surgeon in the Room of Mr:
Benjamin Cowell< no role > who had resigned.
