We the Grand Committee Appointed
for the Management of the Affairs of this Hospital
do Report our Proceedings therein since the last
Annual General Court held the 27th: July: 1763

We have Granted Leases
to the following Persons. Vizt:

Thos. Dawson


To Thomas Dawson< no role > a lease
of the House late held by Thomas Wheeler< no role > oposite
the Church in St: Thomas's for Seven Years from
Chrsmas 1763 at the Yearly Rent of £24 Determi-
nable at the end of Six Months next after his Death
on Notice by his Extors Lease to Contain a Particular
Covenant to restrain Tenant from letting Premises
to a Distiller: The Hospital to allow £30 towards
Repairs.

Willm: Hill


To William Hill< no role > a further Lease
for Ten Years to Commence from Lady day 1791 being
the Expiration of his present Lease of the Six houses in
Front and Six with the Stables in Star Inn Yard
in Blackman Street Southwark at the present
Clear Rent of £20 and a Fine of £75 to be paid on
Signing the Contract.

Edwd: Cole


To Edward Cole< no role > a Lease of the House
at the Corner of Tower Royal late held by William
Escutt
< no role > for 31 Years from Michmas 1763 at the Clear
Yearly Rent of £7. A Fine of £50. And to be Obliged
to lay out £150 immediately in Substantial Repairs
under the Inspection of Mr. Jupp the Surveyor.

Willim. Hopcraft


To William Hopcraft< no role > a Lease of the
House and about 3 Acres of Garden Ground at Coll
Harbour near Hackney he now holds of the Hos-
pital for 21 Years from Christmas 1763 at the present
clear Rent of £20 P: Ann The Hospital to allow
him £15. out of his first Rent for Repairs.
