£40 Pr: Annum the Hospital to allow them £52.

< no role > Esqr ; for 31 Years from Lady day 1760 on
his surrendering the Present lease to be cancell'd at
£20 Pr. Ann. clear Rent & a Fine of £400.

To John< no role > & Anthony Neatby< no role > of five Houses
in the Mays Pond & four Houses in the Tents Adjoining to
the same on the North now held by them under two Leases
& which they are to surrender And also of the House and
Ground late Thomas Woollard< no role > s adjoing: to the above
Premisses on the West for 51 Years From Michas 1760
at the clear Yearly Rent of £18. a Fine of £150. and to
Build one or more substantial Brick Houses to range
even with the fronts of the four Houses in the Tents.

Gd: Comee to Appoint
no Officer ye shall
exceed 40 Yrs. of age


We have Oder'd that for the future no
Officer belonging to this Hospital whose appointment is
in the Grand Committee or in the Treasurer shall be
Appointed who shall exceed the Age of Forty Years
and not be of a Healthy Constitution

Medicines for Surgeon
Patients to be provided
by the Hospital


We have likewise Order'd that from
Chrmas laft the Hospital shall be at the Expence of
Providing Medicines for the Surgeons Patients they
having Waived all other Perquisites except their
Salaries of £40 Pr Ann.

Assist. to ye Apothecary


We have Approved of Mr. Willm. Curtis
as a fit Person to Help Mr. Whitfield the Apothecy.
in preparing & Dispensing the Medicines Pursuant
to the Orders and Regulations lately made relating
to the said Apothecary And have appointed him
to the said Office
