And the Question being put for appro
ing the Orders & Agreements therein mentioned and
that the same be made Orders of this Court It was
Unanimously Ordered Accordingly.

The Treasurer's Account ending the
31st. Decemr. 1759 which hath been duly Audited being
Presented to this Court was approved of and Allowed

William Mount, Esq
Treasurer. Resigns


Our Worthy Treasurer William
Mount
< no role > , Esqr ; now Signifying his Design to Resign
his Office on Account of his advanced Age, in a Very
handsome Speech

Resigned the said Office

It being moved That this Court do
Return their hearty Thanks to the said William
Mount Esqr or his great Services to this Hospital
by his Prudent and Faithfull Discharge of the
Office of Treasurer. At the same time Expressing
their Great Concern at his Resignation

Resolved Unanimously

That this Court do return their
hearty Thanks to the said William Mount Esqr;
the late Worthy Treasurer of this Hospital for his
great Services to this Hospital by his Prudent and
Faithful discharge of the Office of Treasurer.
At the same time Expressing their Great concern
at his Resignation.

Order'd That a General Court be
Sumoned on Wednesday the 12th. day of August 1761
for the Election of a Treasurer in the room of
William Mount Esqr; who has Resigned.

The Clerk acquainted the Court that
since the last General Court there had been divers
