Your Committee Met for the find time on Thursday
the 12th. day of April 1759 and adjourned to Tuesday the 8th. day
of this Instant May when they Met again according to their
said adjournment

At this Meeting Your Committee proceeded to
Inquire into the Accounts and Management of this Hospital
and after sometime spent therein and having had an Account
laid before them of the Number of Patients Admitted into St.
Georges Hospital in a Year on a Medium and the Expences
of Maintaining those Patients Your Committee thought proper
and accordingly directed an Account to be drawn out of the
Number of Patients received into this Hospital for 7 Years
Vizt. from the Year 1751 to 1757 (inclusive) and the Expences
relating thereto and of the Salary's of all the Officers, the Expences
of the Repairs of the Hospital and of the Estates belonging to
it, and that the same should be laid before Your Committee
which was then agreed to meet again on Friday the 18th. Instr.

Your Committee accordingly Met on Friday
the 18th. Instant when the Account above mentioned was laid
before them But whereas the Accounts of this Hospital before
the Alteration of the Style, Commenced and were taken Yearly
from Ladyday; and since the Alteration, have commenced and
been taken from the 1st: of January in each Year: The said [mark]
Account so laid before Your Committee contained the Transaction
of six Years and three quarters only Vizt. from Ladyday 1751
to the 31st: of December 1757.

The said Account (which was drawn out by the
Clerk in the Compting House with great penspicuity and
exactness) having been read, perused and examined, your
Committee ordered the same to be laid before this Court [mark]
and your Committee having finished the Inquiry into the
Management of the Affairs of this Hospital the Examination
whereof was Referred to them by the said General Court [mark]
Unanimously came to the following Resolutions; Vizt.

That it is the Opinion of this Committee
