To Mr Simon Foster< no role > a Lease of the House
on the North side of the Entrance into St. Thomas's Parish
from the high Street of the Borough now held by Him as
under Tenant to Mary< no role > & Ursula Slade< no role > for 21 Years from
Laday 1760 at the clear Yearly Rent of £12. a Fine of £150.
and Tenant to Lay out £150. in Substantial Repairs.

To Mr. Thomas Lamb< no role > Assignee of Francis
Hatt
< no role > a Lease of 12 Tenements in the Front of Blackman
Street & 25 in Dolphin Yard behind the same and one
in Carpenters Yard for 19 Years from the Expiration of
the present Lease which will expire at Lady day 1781
at the clear Yearly Rent of £12. and a Fine of £150.

London Bridge
Water Works


We having been acquainted by Mr. Treasurer
that Mr. Thrale declined serving this Hospital with water
any longer, unless the Hospital would make a Reservoir,
and be at the expence of keeping a horse for forcing up the
Water to the several Appartments thereof. We Referred it
to Mr. Treasurer to Consider of some Method for Supplying
the Hospital with Water, and to Report his Opinion therein
In Pursuance whereof the Treasurer Informed Us that he
had agreed with the Proprietors of the London Bridge
Water= works to Supply this Hospital with water at £20.
Pr. Ann being the same as was paid to Mr. Thrale but the
Hospital was to be at the Expence of Laying down the Pipes
for the Conveyance thereof

Charity School
at Parndon


We have Ordered the like Allowance of four
Guineas towards the support of the Charity School at Parndon
for the Year 1758 as was allowd in the Year 1757.
