The Report of the Grand Committee
of this Proceedings since the last Annual General
Court was read and is as follows.

General Court of the Governors of St.
Thomas's Hospital .

We the Grand Committee appointed
for the Management of the Affairs of this Hospital
do Report our Proceedings therein since the last
Annual General Court held the 2d. of August 1758

We have granted Leases to the following
Persons, Vizt.

Willm. Jones

To William Jones< no role > a Lease of three Houses
near Gun Dock Wapping which he now holds of this
Hospital under a Lease which will Expire at Lady
day 1761 for 21 Years from the Expiration of the said
Lease at the clear Yearly Rent of £9. a Fine of
£200. and Tenant to lay out £250. in Repairs.
