The Orders and Proceedings of the last General Court were read and
approved

The Report of the Grand Committee of their Proceedings Since the last
Annuall General Court hold the ninteenth day of July 1732. was read and is
as followeth Vizt

St. Thomas's Hospital

We the Grand Committee appointed to Manage the Affairs of this
Hospital report our Proceedings therein Since the last Annual
General Court held the 19 th day of July 1732 to be as follow Vizt

We have agreed with Joshua Collins< no role > our Present Tenant of a Farme at
Parndon in Essex called Stewards Farme to grant him a new Lease thereof
for years from the end of the present terme which will expire at Michas
1732. at the yearly rent of £15. tax free and a fine of £100. to be Paid on
delivering the Lease

at Alvethley


We have held a Court Baron for the Mannor of Alvethley in Essex
belonging to this Hospital

in Lease to Mr. Aubrey Oldecop< no role > We have taken a Lease from him of
the Same with a way or passage into Blacklyon Court in Foster lane
for Seven years and three Quarters from Lady day 1731. at a Pepper
corne rent and £21. fine if he has agreed to grant a further
forme at £3.10 P ann if he renews his Lease with Christs Hospitl.

are Governors of this Hospital to be attended by the Physician
Surgeons and other Officers of the House.
