there For want whereof, All the produce is carryed off to other places, and the
Land there by Impoverished: We are of Opinion It would be much for the
Improvement of this Estate to have a Barne of Six or Seven Bayes built upon
it: And have accordingly Agreed to and Ordered the Building thereof But in
regard it may be proper for our Tenant there to Under take the Building of the
said Barne rather than the Hospitall. We Recomend it to this Court, That we may
be Impowred to Treat and Agree with our Tenant by Granting him such Addicon of
years or such Allowance in Money as we shall think fitt and reasonable for his
Undertakeing the Building of the said Barne, and of such other Buildings as your
