In Pusuance of the Direccons given to us by this Court, wee
have with a Considerable Expence caused a large pile of new Brick building to be
Erected at the South-East corner of the Burying Ground within this Hospitall for the
use of Parients under the Foul Disease, and hope that the good intent of this Court
to Seperate those persons from the other Patients of this Hospitall, and of Seperating
the men from the women there, will be fully answered by the care which has been
taken for that Purpose in the said Buildings, under which there is a large Warehouse
which may be lett out for the benefitt of the Hospitall.

Wee observing That the business of the Steward of this Hospitall is much
greater than formerly and is discharged by him with the utmost Dilligence and Care
We recomend it to this Court that he may be allowed a Gratuity of Tenn pounds for
the last year.

The Porter of our Back Gate haveing upon the Alderacons and new Building
in this Hospitall for two Years past, taken extraordinary Care to preserve the old
Materialls, and to keep an Accompt of Diverse things relateing to the said Alderacon
and Buildings: We think his dilligence and care deserves Encouragement & recomend
him accordingly to have a Gratuity of Tenn pounds for the Same. And we think (the
Porter of the Fore Gate for his Care and Services in and about the same Should have
a Gratuity of Three pounds.

And lastly we takeingNotice that the Business of the Doctor
and Surgeons in this House is of late years much increased, And that there will be a
further Addition to it by the said new Buildings; We are of Opinion and Recomend
it to this Court, That another Doctor should be chosen and also One Assistant Surgeon
but both to be without any Settled or Fixed Allowance.
