Convenient time the Trustees appointed by his Mastrs: Letters patents for the
Letting and disposing of the Lands and Tenemts: belonging to this Hospitall
be applyed to for the sealing and Executing the same.

Also whereas It appeares by the report of the said
Comitt, That at a meeting thereof in the hospitall hall the 6th: day of October
1686 upon a Treaty then had with Ann Stevens< no role > widdow the Relict of Thomas
Stephens
< no role > her late husband deceased conterining a new Lease of be made to her
the said Ann Steveas or to her Execrs: Admors or Assignes of a Messuage or
Tenemt: with the appurte stituate in the parish of St: Thomas in Southwark
holden by the said Ann Stevens< no role > by virtue of An Indr: of Lease there of now inspiration
bearing date the six and Twentieth day of April anno Dui 1662 made by the
then Governours of the possions revenews and goods of this Hospitall to the
said Thomas Stevens< no role > for a terms not yett Expired, Itt was then agreed betweene this
Com: and the said Ann Stevens< no role > that shee her Executrs: Admers or Assignes
shall pay into the hands of the Treasurer or Clerke of this House for the time
being the sume of six pounds within three months then next comeing for a
Lease agreed to be made in convenient time afterwards to her the said
Ann Stevens< no role > or to her Execr. Admr: or Assignes of the premisses by Indr:
for a Terme of one & Twenty yeares to Comence att the Expiration of the
said Former Terme, at & undrs: the life rent of 44s pann: & reservation for 13£:
4s: upon every Alienacon of the pr:misses as are reserved in & by the said Former
Indr: of Lease & all other Cobtts: & Condicons (Mutatis Mutandis) as are in the said
former Indr: of Lease conteined.

This Court Ordered that a Lease be forthwth: made to the
said Ann Stevens< no role > her Execrs: Admors or Assignes of the said Bargaines
premisses according to the said Agreemt: and that in convenient time the
Trustees appointed by his Maties: Letters Patents for the Letting and disposing
of the Lands & Tenemts: belonging to find [..] applyed to, for the
sealing and Executeing the same.

Upon consideration had of the great service done to this
house by Mr: Thomas Kentish< no role > & Mr: Lego in their takeing a Journery to the
severall parishes of Hastingleigh wye and Crondale in the County of Rent
to View etc in theire haveing Viewed & made an Estimate of Considerable
Quantities of Timber & underwood there belonging to this hospitall for the
Enabling the house to sell the same (as has been suite done) to the true &
full value thereof.

Ordered that two guineys be prsented to eace of them the said
Mr: Thomas Kentish< no role > & Mr: Lego as a greatfull acknowledgemt: of theire
respective service done to the house in the prmisses.

Alsoe upon Consideration had of the Report of the Grand
Comitt of Governours of this hospitall of the want of Coverings out
Linnen for sheetes for the use of the patients of this hospitalls.
