Alsoe in regard of the Extraordinary charge Mr. Jackson had bin att in
bringing the Thames water into St. Thomas parish and that it is now laid into more,
places in the house then formerly It is Ordered accordingly to the Report of the
said Comittee that in case hee assure is for Fowerteens or Fifteene yeares the rent.
to bee paid by this house bee increased to Six pounds P Ann.

of Ninety Oake trees and Three Pollards to bee felled out of our Woods att
Orpington to Richard Abbott< no role > and Little groome Hickley for the sume of £xx
whereof was paid in hand One Guiney and Sixty pounds more pay able. on
the 10th. Day of May last and L£viij.xviijs.vjd. *residue on the 24th. day of
August next which Sale and Agreement was approved and allowed by this
Court.
