The Minutes of the last Grand Committee, held
the 24th July last were read and confirmed

Upon the application of Mr. Thomas Buttershaw< no role > to whom
the Committee of a Meeting held the Mr Marde 1798 agreed
to grant a Lease of three Houses one of them situated with
Broadway of St. Thomas's Parish heretofore occupied by James
Maide
< no role > and white is now on the Occupation of Wm. Benton< no role >
and the other two on the Northside of the New Way on the
[..] Parish late in Lane to Benjamin North< no role > for a Term of
21 Years from Lady Day 1798 at a rent of £24 per Annum
announcing from Midues 1798 clear of the Land Tax and
all others Taxes and other the Terms mentioned on the
Minute of the said Martins of the said Committee

To grand a separate Lease to the above Mr

for the Term of I fears from the above Lady day 1798 at a

assignment thereof from Mr Buttenham
