That Mr Joseph Burners County appointed by Mr
Treasurer to be his Reverse and Accountant in the [..] of
Anthony Wingfield< no role > be allowed the like [..] and purposites as
the said Anthony Wingfield< no role > was allowed and the House lately
held by and Anthony Wingfield< no role > with the same allowances of
Case Poor Etc a were made to him-Mr Brovers giving Security to
the Treasurer to the Amount of £1000.

That the Received Wm. Marshall be appointed [..] on
the room of the late Mr. Freeman of the Hospital Estates in
Cambridgeshire and such paid thereof in Essex a was in the
recept of the late Mr. Freeman to be allowed £5 Per Cent upon
the gross rents which he shall receive in him of Salary he giving to the Feature
Security for his fideldy to the amount of £500.

That all the Tenants of the Hospital Estates in Town
do in future pay there rent half Yearly within 2 Months after
Lady day and Michaelmas at the Considarg House of the
Hospital and that notice be given to them from hour to
time thereof-Also that the rent of the Estates in the
County be paid within 6 Months after they become due and
that all Arrears of more than 4 Quarters of the Estates in Town
and five Quarters of these in the County be reported to the
Committee.
