To accept of Mr. Datton the Tenant of five houns in St. Thomas's
street under a Lease granted to Mr. Toomer which expired at Michanas
last the Sum of £20 as a satisfaction for the defection state of the
repairs.

To grant a Lease to Mr. Samuel Salter< no role > of the Dunesner of the
Manor of Leinsters al. Langley in the Parish of Rickmansworth in the
Counties of Hertford and Bucks (held by him under a Lease granted to
Mr. Stephen Salter< no role > his Father which will expire at Mickailmas nest at
a Rent of £50 Pr. Annum and a fine paid at the corner [..] nnent of his
Lease) for a term of 21 Years from that time at a tent of £470 clear of
the Land tax and all other Taxes and outgoings Mr. Salter pixtting the
buildings and keeping into repair to the satisfaction of the Hospital
Agent and keeping the same in repair being allowed cough timber by
the Hospital and ensuring and keeping the same insured during the
term and upon other the terms agreed upon between the Hospital Agent
Mr Trimper on the behalf of Mr. Saltor and other the terms [..]
in the Hospital Leases of their Farms.

To grant a Lease to Thomas Buttenshaw< no role > of three Houses one of
them sistuate in the Bread way of Saint Thomas's parish lately occupied
by James Maule< no role > and the Other two on the North side of the New way
in the same Parish late in Lease to Benjamin North< no role > for a term of 21
Years from Lady day next at a tent of £24 Pr Annum commeneing
from Michaclmas next clear of the Land tax and all other taxes and.
outgoings Mr. Buttenshaw to put the Premises into Repairs within 6
Months and prior to the grant of the Lease to the satisfaction of the
Hospital Surviyor and to insure at £400 mr. Bultenshaw to religuish at
any time upon 3 Months notice such a portien of the front ground of the
two last mentioned house as shall be required by the Hospital without
requiring any compensation for the same.

That preparatory to treating for the letting of the House sistuate at
the South West corner of St.Thomas's Street late in the occupation of Mr.
Weston (who not finally agreeing with the Committee is not to have the
Lease agreed to be granted to him threeof by the Committee of the 17th
