The Minutes of the last Grand Committee held
the 15th. day of April last were read and confirmed

Proposal to omit
the Annual
Dinner on
Account of the
Scarcity of Proviss.

Several of the Stewards of the ensuing Annual Dinner
having proposed that on Account of the present Scarcity of
Provisions the same be not had And the Proposal meeting with
the approbation of the Committee

Agreed

To be [..] mitted
to the Consideration
of the Court.

That such Dinner be not had on the day of the Meeting
of the Annual Court and that the above Proposal for omitting
the same for the present Year be submitted to the Consideration of
such Court And accordingly that the parts of the Summons for
such Court which respect the Dinner and also the names of the
Stewards be struck out and the following Note be under written
Vizt. NB. A Proposal from the Stewards which has been
approved by the Committee for omitting the Dinner for the
present Year will be submitted to the consideration of the Court.

Agreed

Ten Guineas to be
given to Sr Thos's.
Parish.

That 10 Guineas be given to the Parish of St. Thomas
for the relief of the Poor during the present Scarcity.
