Agreed To grant a lease to the Revd. Joseph Pote< no role > Rector of the
Parish of St. George Southwark and Mr. Thomas [..]

Trustees for the parish of the piece of ground in the front of the
Borough High Street adjoining the Church yard on which lately
stood a House in the occupation of John Fenton< no role > [..] and of the two
adjoining houses in Shaws Court , for a term of 999 years to
commence Lady day last at a clear yearly [..] nt of £5. for the
piece of grand to commence from that time and a further clear
yearly rent of £5. when the Hospital should desire up the possession
of the two houses to commons from the time of the delivery of such

Treasurer to treat
for land of Mr.

Agreed That the Treasurer be desired to treat for the purchase of
[..] two pieces of Copy hold Land containing about two acres each
the property of Mr. Wood lying at Parndon in Essex, contignous
to the Hospital Estate which appears to the Committee a desirable
purchase and to agree for such purchase if the Treasurer should
appears the price.
