A Petition of Frances Bradley< no role > Tenant of six houses
in New Court in the Old Bailey under a hase from the Hospital
was road staling that since the grant of such lease he had
expended large sums of money in the report there of which he
had thereby greatly improved [..] that ending which he
could not [..] Tenants even it such rents as will together
pay the Rent pay able by Sum to the Hospital whereby he is
[..] insapable of paying such sent and to considerably
[..] and praying relief.

Agreed That it be refused to the Hospital Surveyor to in Street
the Houses and consider of the servant allegations on the above
Petition and report his opinion thereon to the Committee

The Treasurer expected to the Committee that the
Phy [..] of this Hospital had applied to him expressing
then wish to have some assistance in case of absence or
[..] at being [..] cent to the other Physicians in
such cases to take the whole care of the Patients themselves
The Committee taking the same into consideration [..] of
opinion that an Assistant Phsi [..] necessary who or duty
shall be to take the which care of the out Patients but [..]
any Salary and in case of the Houses or absence by leave of
any of the other Physicians the assistant Physician to do
the duty of such absent Physician of he be so required
also that on the House or absence of the Assistant Physician
the House Physicians do resume during such [..] or
absence that part of their present duty
