Watch makers of a house in Sun hill in their occupation (at
present hold under a Lease to Mary Bond< no role > expiring at Lady day
1789 at a rent of £10.) for 21 years from that time at a rent of £27
P Ann And also a lease of one of two houses on Sun [..] acquiring
to the last mentioned house (at present held under a Lease to [..]

Clarkson also in the occupation of the said Mr. Perkins Mr Spencer
expiring at Michaelmas 1791 at a rent of £24.) for 16 years and an
half from that time at £15. P Ann Messrs. Perkins & Spencer to
expend upon the field mentioned house at least £78. in repairs and
£62.10. the upon the last mentioned house the first House to be insured
at £550 and the other at £300

Agreed
To grant a lease to Thomas Asquith< no role > Shoemaker of
a House on the North side of the New Way in St. Thomas's parish
in his own occupation as Tenant at Will for 21 years from Lady day last
at a rent of £14. P. Ann clear of the Landtax and all other Taxes and
deductions Mr. Asquith to expend £80. at least in repairs in this the
first three years of the term and to injure at £300

Treasurer report or
[..] of Physicians
& Surgeon pa. 65


The Treasurer reported this he has pursuant to the Resolution
of the last Committee enquired the determination and practice
of St. Bartholomews Hospital respecting the admission of the
Physicians and Surgeons Pupils under certain circumstances and
regulations to prescribe to the Patients of the Hospital and found
that such a practice has excited in this Hospital but had been
found inconvenient and therefore discontinued.

Resolution thereon


Resolved
That the Committee cannot accede to the proposal continued
in the Memorial of the Physicians of this Hospital laid before
the Committee at their last meeting for the admittance of the
Physicians and Surgeons Pupils of this Hospital to prescribed
to the Patients and Mr. Treasurer in requested to acquaint the
Physicians therewith.

Gratuity to Mr.
Whitfield


Ordered
That Mr. Whitfield the Apothecary be allowed a Gratuity
of £50. for his extraordinary Services for the last Year.

Ordered
That the Annual General Court of this Hospital be held
on Wednesday the 30th. of July next at the usual time
