The Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the 3d
day of August last was read and confirmed

Lease to Emanuel

Agreed
To grant a Lease to Mr Emanuel Williams< no role > of St.
Thomas's Parish Stone Mason of a piece of Ground on the
North side of the New Way in St. Thomas's Parish upon
which at present three small Tenements stand late in Case
to Ann Seagood< no role > for a term of 51 years from Christmas next
at a rent of £3..10 P Annm clear of the Landtax and all
other deductions Mr Williams to and within the first two
part of the Term three houses to cover the whole of the Ground
and to expand therein at least £250. and to insure at
£300. The houses to be set at least 18 inches further back
from the front of the Street than the houses in Lease to Mrs.
Roberts (at the West end of these premises) under the direction
of the Hospital Surveyor.

of two pieces of March ground at Plumstead and Erith in Kent

the Hospital allowing the Wallscott under a Lease which expired
at Michs. last) a Case thereof for a further been of 21 years from
that time at a rent of £13. P Annm. Mr. Cole paying the
Wallscott and all other outgoings
