in the room of Mr. Martin be at liberty to take Mr. Gosling late
Mr. Martins Apprentice for the remainder of his Apprenticeship
and his allowance of Dressers notwithstanding to be the [..]
the other Surgeons, Mr. Birch having agreed to take Mr. Gorling
without fee.

the South side of Wapping High Street being the 1st 2d & 3d houses
Westward from Mr. Camdens Sugar house held by Mr. Mangles
under two Leases from the Hospital to Michael James< no role > the Paice
of the 1st. and 2d Houses having 11 years unexpired at Michaelmas
next and the Leave of the 3d. house being expired for 21 years
from Lady day next at a Rent of £46. P Annum clear of the
Landtax and all other taxes and deductions and Mr. Mangles to
keep them in Repair during the term and to insure them at
£1200. the unexpired Leave upon the Grant of the above Lease
to be Surrendered.

Lane late in Lease to Mr. Michael Fisher< no role > which will expire at
Michaelmas next at a rent of £13. P Annum for a term of 21 years
from that time at a next of £30. P Annum clear of the Landtax
and all other deductions Mr. Hayward to expend £120. in repair
in the first 2 years and to keep the promises in Repair during the
term and to insure at £700.
