To grant a lease to Mr John William Bowen< no role > at abuse
in Leadenhall Street at present in lease to him which will expire
at Lady day 1711 and of another House adjoining thereto at
present to Loan be Rebecca Flumsfield< no role > which with expire at
the same time for a term of 21 years from that time at a rent
of £60 clear of the Landtax and all deductions Mr Bowen
to expend at least £100 in repairs within the first two years
of the Term and to insure the premises at £1000

To grant a Lease to Mr Joseph Joyner< no role > of the parish
of West Sturrock in the County of Essex Of all the Hospital
Estate at Alsethley in that County (except the Copper of
Wood called The Dean Grove containing above £22.3s.17d &
The Manor of Alvetheley with the Appartenances) for a terme
of 21 years from Michaelmas next when the present Lease
to Mr. Jonathan Treasurer< no role > will expire at a rent of £600
P Annum clear of the Landtax and all other deductions
except the repairs of the Sea Walls & Shore and such of the
Ditch or Ditches as an subject to the presentation of the Jury
Mr Joyner to expend in repairs at last £500 but to be repaid
£250. by the Hospital To insure the Buildings at £700 & to
grant to Lady Darse a lease of two small pieces on the Northside
of the Road called The Stop Ground now in the occupation if John
Golden
