held the 27th March 1745 were read & confirmed

Smith< no role > Esqr attended the Committee & pro:
:pos'd to take a Lease of the Scite of the
Mannor of Crofton for 21 years from Laday
1748 when the present Lease will expire at
a Fine of £400 & the yearly rent of £40
clear of Taxes And the consideration of the
said Proposal was deferr'd till Mr Smith,
shall Inform himself further as to the
Value of the Estate

Ordered that Mr Hankey & Mr
Reynolds be added to the Commee appointed
21st Februy: 1743 to view the House the Corner
of Warwick Lane in Pater noster Row and that
they or any three of them be a Committee to view
the two houses at the corner of Ivy Lane in
Paternoster Row in Lease to Mr Nicholas
Parkes< no role > And also the three Houses in the
Old Change late in Lease to Thomas Bruce< no role >
deced and they are desired to report their
Opinion thereof
