The Minutes of the last Grand Committee
held the 5th June last were read & confirmed

Ordered That the Annual General
Court of this Hospital be sumoned for Wednesday
the 11th instant at Eleven a Clock in the forenoon
the President having been consulted therein &
agreeing thereto.

Executors of Capt:
Aldred

Mr Treasurer Reported to the Committee
that pursuant to the Resolution of the General
Court held 15th July 1741 whereby it was referred
to him in Conjunetion with the Treasurers of
St Bartholomew & Bethlem Hospitals to Treat
& agree in the best manner they could with the
Executors of Capt: John Aldred< no role > deced & his
next of Kin touching any doubt that might arise
upon his Will or the Charitable Lagacey's thereby
Devised to he poor of the said Hospitals That
they had come to an Agreement that the Hospitals
should receive their respective Legacy's of £2000
£2000 & £1000 and that the Residuary Estate
which by his Will was given to the Three Hospital
Equally should be divided into four equal Parts
one part thereof shoud by for the benefit of his
Two Sisters the next of Kin and that it being neces
sary to have the said Ageements confirmed by
the Court of Chancery A Bill had been brought
for that purpose in Consequence whereof Mr
Treasurer has received the Legacey of £2000
given to this Hospital and the said Agreement
with respect to the Residue of the Estate has been
Confirmed
