Affair

Mr Treasurer acquainted the
Committee that pursuant to the Resolution
of the General Court held the 15th. July
last whereby it was referr'd to him in conjunc:
tion with the Treasurers of St Bartholomew
& Bethlem Hospitalls to treat and agree with
the Excors & the next of Kin of Capt: John
Aldred< no role > deced touching any Doubt that might
arise upon his Will & the Charitable Legacy's
thereby given to the Poor of the sd. three Hospitals.
several Meetings have been had with the Ptys
concern'd or their agents but no Agreement had
been yet perfected
