Mr Treasurer acquainted the
Committee that it was necessary to hold Courts
for the severall Mannors in Cambridgeshire
Etc same time in the latter end of this Month

Ordered that Mr Hollister
Mr Walburge Mr. Mount, & Mr Thomas
or any two of them with Mr Treasurer be
a Committee to hold the said Courts

Ordered that the Clerk do cause
proper Notice to be given to the Tenants of the
sd. Mannors of the time of holding the sd Courts

Agreed with Mr Abraham Jordan< no role >
upon his Conveying his Freehold Estate in
Southwark of the value of £30 P Annum conti:
gnous to the Houses he now Rents of the
Hospitall to the use of the Hospitall To
Grant a Lease to him of his said Freehold
premisses & of the Hospital premisses now
in Lease to him for the Term of 51 years to
Commence from the Expiration of his present
Lease at the yearly Rent of Eight Pounds
P Ann clear of all Taxes, he Rebuilding the
whole premisses both the Hospital & Freehold
at his own expence

Gave to ye Poors box five Shillings
