Order about the
Pupils Certificates
Mr. Fern, Mr. Cheselden Mr. Girle the
Surgeons of this Hospital attend according
to the direction of a former Grand Committee
and upon hearing their account of the manner
of examining & Certifying for their Pupils
in this Hospital, And looking into the
printed form of the Certificates, It is
ordered that the word diligently in the
printed form be left blank in order to be
inserted or left out as the occasion shall require.
