Minutes of last Grand Committee held
5th. instant read & approved.

Mr Sparks attended from Mr Beadle
renew'd his proposal to take a building Lease
of the House in Thread Needle Street late in the
Occupacon of Mr Cole but none of the Governor
who Viewd that House being now present
The Consideration of that proposal is
defer'd, & in the Mean time Mr Porter is
directed to meet the said Mr Sparks and
adjust what is necessary to be done as
to repairing or rebuilding the House

Mr Lake Mr Noy attended & proposed
to take a Lease of the respective houses they hold in the
High Street for 21 Years at the present
improved rent Vizt £40 P ann each
provided they be put into good tenantable
repair by the Hospital

Mr Porter is directed to View those
Houses with said Mr Lake & Mr Noy, &
take an Account of what repairs are
necessary & make an Estimate of the Charge

Robt. Hayes< no role > a Farmer in Cambridgeshire
attended & proposed to take the Farm at
Comberton now held by Mr Holster
for
