The cl, laid before this Committee an Answer
which he had prepared to the bill exhibited
by Beatrix Coxshed< no role > concerning the distress
made on her goods for Arrears of Mr Fawethers
Annuity which was approved and the Clerk
is directed to procure the City Seal to the same

This Committee taking into consideration
the extreme bad Condition of the 5 Old houses
next above St Thomas's Church & being of Opinion
that they will not avail the expence of repairing
Mr Porter the Bricklayer was directed to make
an estimate of the Charge of pulling down
the same & of building other House in their
Stead to be carryed so far backward as to make
the Street there a more convenient breadth
and he is to lay the same before Mr. Treasurer

who are appointed a Sub Committee to Consider
their of & report there opinion to the Grand
Committee.
