he has lately agreed with the Executors of Mr John
Kidgel< no role >
to purchase his Lease from under this Hospl.
of a House call'd the two Brewers
Ale house in
this Parish held at £2:4: Pann whereof 18
Years are to come and is to give £150 for
the same and to have the possession at
Michas next and Mr Hucks offer'd to Let
the Hospital have the Benefit of the said
Agreement if this Committee think it for
the Hospital Service

It is the Opinion of this Committee to take
the said house on the terms Agreed for by
Mr Hucks And Mr. Treasurer is desired
to pay the said £150 & to procure an
Assignment or Surrender of the said Lease
to this Hospital.

Hackney abt.
Selling it
Mr. Treasurer acquainted this Committee
that some Persons at Hackney
had proposed
to buy the whole bed of Gravel at the Bowling
Green house
.
It is referr'd to the Governors of this
Hospital residing at Hackney
or any three
of them to treat & Agree with any person or
persons for Selling the said Gravel
as such Committee shall find to be advisable
